At Orca Restaurant, both the food and atmosphere are based on fresh and local ingredients prepared according to the principles of Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine. Using seasonal ingredients typical of the Istrian region, we prepare dishes that preserve the authentic flavors of Istrian and Mediterranean tradition, blending traditional and modern approaches. Our guiding principle is preserving tradition in a modern way, while meeting the demands and standards of today’s guests. Since opening the doors of Orca, we have strived to make our guests feel at home and enjoy the warm, family atmosphere created by the Hrvatin family, with the help of their children and dedicated staff. We consider our staff the true gem of the restaurant — many of them have been with us for 10 to 26 years, which speaks to the quality and spirit of the place.
